This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.soulcentements.com or any affiliated platforms managed by SoulCentements.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the guidelines below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products and ethical hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable:

Opened or used self-care products (e.g., body butters, soaps, candles, oils).

Digital or downloadable products (e.g., journals, e-books, guided meditations).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (see Section 8).

3. Return Process

Email us at info@soulcentements.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
Please do not send any items back without an RA number, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SoulCentements is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you used a discount code or promotional offer, your refund will reflect the discounted price.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Digital Products and Services
Because digital items are instantly accessible, all sales of digital downloads, guided meditations, and e-books are final.
Likewise, coaching sessions and digital courses are non-refundable once the session has occurred or materials have been delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing digital files, contact us for assistance — we’ll ensure you receive your product properly.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

Replacement of the item (at no additional cost),

Store credit, or
-
Full refund for the affected item.
We may request that you return the defective product for inspection.

9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet shipped.
After 24 hours or once your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

10. Coaching and Service Refunds
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled. However, clients may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Missed or late-canceled sessions will be forfeited.
If SoulCentements cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
